I see this girl in a period of transition. She is waiting to step into a new journey... There is peace around her. She is probably not sad and may be enjoying the lovely rain as she waits...
well im removing my previous comment coz i think ur current post positive thinking is stronger . well yes this girl is just enjoying the rain. she is neither bitter nor negative she is just loving the rain drops on her body.
